Applicability of Terms and Conditions: The Terms and Conditions on this page will govern all sales by Micro Computer Cable Co., LLC. (MCCC), unless otherwise agreed to in writing, signed by a MCCC representative. Terms and Conditions contained in Buyer's purchase order or any other document that are different from or in addition to these Terms and Conditions are objected to and will not be binding on MCCC. Buyer will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions by issuing a purchase order number and upon receipt from MCCC of a written acknowledgement of Buyer's placement of an order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if MCCC at Buyer's request commences performance in any way prior to receipt by Buyer of MCCC’s written acknowledgement, Buyer's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to have occurred on the date such performance commences. If for any reason, MCCC’s Quotation is deemed an acceptance of an offer made by Buyer, such acceptance is expressly conditioned on Buyer's assent to these Terms and Conditions, which assent will be evidenced by the earlier of Buyer's acceptance of items delivered by MCCC or any other performance by Buyer. MCCC will proceed to sell items only if Buyer assents to these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing & Specifications: Prices & Specifications are subject to change without notice. MCCC reserves the right to correct any typographical errors.

Shipping and Handling: Orders received by 3:00PM EST will ship the same day. All orders are shipped FOB our warehouse in Romulus, MI. All orders ship within Continental United States via UPS Ground is $7.95. The minimum shipping and handling charge for domestic C.O.D. ground shipments or Canadian ground shipments is $14.50 and the customer is responsible for Canadian duties, taxes, and brokerage charges. To provide the best service value to our customers, orders above minimum will be charged by weight using published UPS rates. Customers will be notified with total shipping charges and backorders once order is processed.

 *Note: All orders shipped outside the Continental US, Overnight, or uses different shipping methods (UPS Red, Blue, or Orange), an additional email will be sent to you confirming total shipping cost and to reconfirm order. Also all orders received after 3PM EST Friday, on Saturday, or on Sunday will be process on Monday morning.

Sales Taxes: Any orders shipped or billed to or picked up in Michigan must have 6% sales tax unless an "Exempt Use Certificate"is provided.

Warranty & Liability: If the product fails due to defect in material or workmanship, we will replace or repair the product (at our option) to the original purchaser. Does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, solvents. MCCC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages (may not apply in some states). All defective merchandise must be returned to MCCC freight prepaid including a copy of the original receipt. Customer must first obtain an RMA Number before returning any merchandise. Please use UPS whenever possible. All standard cables have a Lifetime Warranty while Custom Cables, Switches, Accessories and Electronics have a 1 Year Warranty.

Shortages: Claims for shortages must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order, otherwise these orders will be deemed as complete.
